The "Bax Method" of inserting a rehabilitation pipe into large-diameter sewer pipelines.

This is a technology for rehabilitating pipes with excellent acid resistance and self-supporting capabilities, which are inserted and rehabilitated using a propulsion device. It can be constructed while using the sewage system, eliminating the need for water replacement.

This is a pipe rehabilitation method classified as a sheath pipe method, which involves inserting a corrosion-resistant rehabilitation pipe into existing large-diameter sewer pipes using a push (jacking) device to construct a new pipe. 【Applications】 ● Reconstruction and extension of the lifespan of aging or damaged sewer pipes (Ø800 to 2000) ● Strength restoration ● Improvement of water-tightness against infiltration, flow characteristics, corrosion resistance, prevention of root intrusion, and seismic resistance ● When it is necessary to maximize the flow cross-section inside the pipe 【Features】 ● It is a self-supporting pipe method that achieves the necessary strength against soil water pressure with the rehabilitation pipe alone. ● Construction can be carried out without stopping sewer service (at depths of 30 cm or less), making it suitable for large-diameter main lines where water replacement is difficult. ● Being a jacking method, it maximizes the flow cross-section inside the pipe (by adopting a thin-walled structure of the back pipe, it secures a flow cross-sectional area equivalent to or greater than a pipe one size smaller than the existing pipe). ● The back RC pipe, made of thin-walled RC structure with high-strength concrete, has a strength exceeding the standard breaking load of JSWAS A-1 (Type 1). Additionally, the back FPRM pipe, made of reinforced plastic composite structure, has strength equivalent to JSWAS K-2 standards.

"Fine Method" for inserting rehabilitation pipes into small-diameter sewer pipelines.

Install compressible polyester non-woven fabric as a backing material, and rehabilitate by pushing a rigid polyvinyl chloride pipe with a self-supporting screw joint into place using a hydraulic jack.

This is a rehabilitation method classified as a small-diameter casing pipe method, where a compressible tubular elastic material primarily made of polyester non-woven fabric is pulled into the existing pipe and expanded using air pressure. A rigid polyvinyl chloride pipe with self-supporting performance and screw joints, manufactured in a factory, is then pushed in using a hydraulic jack for rehabilitation. The small-diameter casing pipe method faces challenges in securing a gap with the existing pipe due to the need to maintain the flow cross-section within the sewer pipe. This technology ensures more stable quality by using FM materials, which are factory-made secondary products, instead of conventional filling materials, and eliminates the curing period required during the filling material installation, thus achieving reduced construction time and improved workability. [Applications] ● Reconstruction and extension of the lifespan of aging or damaged sewer pipes (Ø250 to 450) ● Strength restoration ● Improvement of water tightness against infiltration, enhancement of flow characteristics, corrosion resistance, prevention of tree root intrusion, and increased seismic resistance.
